Every Film is a Time Capsule

Petty People

“Someday I wish upon a chewed-up tennis ball
And wake up with my tail in my mouth
Where troubles melt like your Samsung phones
High above your tallest skyscraper
That’s where you’ll find me.”

A dog’s body has been found in Singapore. It’s been 24-hours, but its tail continues wagging relentlessly, thump-thump-thumping on the vet's operation table.

In the face of this strange phenomenon, everybody has an opinion.
With every beat of flesh against metal, ripples are sent through the lives of those who lay claim to the dog.

An original play about looking, but not seeing, "Petty People" is an uncanny, bold and irreverent take on having the world today as we know it, go to the dogs.
